Roman Wong, PhD, CPA

As Founder and Principal of Integrabccs, Dr. Wong brings more than 25 years of experience in the financial and consulting fields to his role, and offers a balanced blend of industry experience, technical know-how and innovation.

Dr. Wong started his practice, first in Illinois, in 1996, and then moved the practice to Bethesda, Maryland. He specializes in the areas of SEC compliance, foreign investment taxation, and management consulting. His rich experiences are from the extended services he provided to the hotel, cruise line, alternative energies, telecommunications and toys & sport equipment manufacturing industries.

In addition to his contributions to the professional practice, Dr. Wong is also an established and well published academian. He has held faculty positions in several universities and is currently a full-time faculty member of the Andreas School of Business of Barry University in Florida and an adjunct professor at the Royal Roads University in Canada. Dr. Wong holds a PhD degree from the Southern Illinois University and an MBA from the University of North Carolina.

In his leisure, Roman enjoys wine collection, music, water sports and skiing.

Terry Wong is a partner at Integrabccs with over 25 years of extensive experience in business process reengineering, data modeling and various system implementations.

Terry received his MBA degree from Brigham Young University, specializing in Information Management.

At Integrabccs, Terry is our IT security expert. His expertise lies in enterprise governance, risk and compliance.

Terry has been involved in many major SAP security projects, participating in building, designing and remediating SAP Security System. Terry is also a certified Oracle professional with invaluable experience in database implementations to data architecturing.

Terry is a marathorn runner and has taken part in many different running events. In addition, Terry enjoys music, swimming, skiing, shooting and reading.
